About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of Brokar’s network of manufacturers and buyers.
 You will play a key role in building strategic partnerships, expanding market reach, and strengthening relationships across the platform.

This role is focused on driving business growth through collaboration, communication, and opportunity development within a B2B sourcing environment.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with manufacturers and buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Manage onboarding of factories and ensure smooth integration into the platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sourcing operations
  • Track partnership performance and optimize growth opportunities
  • Represent Brokar in business discussions and negotiations
  • Support expansion into new markets and categories

What we are looking for

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Understanding of B2B platforms or supply chain is a plus
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
